We want you to absolutely love your Victoria’s Bloom pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. All original tags and hygiene liners (if applicable) must be intact.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Panties

  • Bodysuits

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

🔁 How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@victoriasbloom.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. We’ll send you a return label and instructions.

  3. Once we receive your return and inspect it, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g. wrong item sent or damaged product).

📦 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are processed as new orders, and we’ll waive the return shipping fee for your original item.
